Courtesy Visit to the Director-General of the Department of State Services (DSS), Mr. Yusuf Magaji Bichi

The Director-General of the Department of State Services (DSS), Mr. Yusuf Magaji Bichi, received a courtesy visit from the Archbishop of Abuja, His Grace, Most Rev. Ignatius A. Kaigama, accompanied by the Secretary-General, Catholic Secretariat of Nigeria, Rev. Fr. Zachariah Samjumi, the Chancellor, Abuja Archdiocese, Rev. Fr. Samuel Tumba, and the Archbishop’s Secretary, Rev Fr. John Ilonah, at the State Security Service National Headquarters, Abuja.

They discussed matters relating to the strategic importance of the DSS, the role of relevant stake holders and collaborators in contributing to national security and other matters of public interest. The Archbishop also expressed the continual support of the Catholic Church in Nigeria to the Department of State Services led by its Director General and its mandate of ensuring the internal security of the nation.
