International Bishops’ Forum on “Hope and Crises in a Secular Age”
We thank the Acton Institute for organizing a conference with the theme, HOPE AND CRISES IN A SECULAR AGE from JANUARY 17-20, 2024 at SINTRA, LISBON, PORTUGAL, in which 100 Bishops participated. There was an atmosphere of real episcopal fraternity as we celebrated Masses and prayed in common, shared lovely meals and listened to stimulating lectures followed by warm fraternal exchanges. We were also offered the opportunity of a Marian pilgrimage to Fatima for moments of prayers and reflection.
The stimulating talks presented by experts during our days of meeting were:

*Work and Love, Freedom and Virtue
*There was a Bishop Panel Discussion
and also an Acton Staff Panel Discussion
