The briquettes facility which is an initiative of the Justice Department, Development and Peace Commission (JDPC ) in partnership with CAFOD is in line with Pope Francis Laudato Si Encyclical on Care for our common Home, the Earth.
Fr. Fennessy was one of the few remaining expatriate missionary priests in Nigeria. He served to the end with all his mind, body, soul, grace and fervour, without counting the cost. He preferred to be buried in Nigeria (among the people he served), a country he loved and served so magnanimously.
